Responsibilities
Join us in enhancing the value of agile working within our organization. Your task will be to shape our part of the organization based on agile principles.
- Enhance the value and visibility of our agile working methods: You act as an ambassador of agile principles.
- Serve as Scrum Master for two development teams: You ensure effective implementation of Scrum practices.
- Promote self-organization and responsibility: You improve teamwork and performance within the team.
- Facilitate established Program Increment (PI) Planning sessions to align six teams and stakeholders.
- Assist in removing obstacles: You help the teams to improve efficiency and workflow.
- Embrace remote work: You work with distributed teams.
Profile
- Multiple years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or in an equivalent role.
- Hands-on mentality and a focus on delivering results.
- Agile Methodologies: You have a deep understanding of agile principles.
- Good sense of interpersonal dynamics within the team.
- Promotion of continuous improvement: Ability to support the team in regularly reflecting on its processes and making adjustments to increase effectiveness.
- Empathy and social competence: Ability to empathize with team members' perspectives and create a culture of trust and openness.
- You see the value that SAFe (Scaled Agile Frame-work) brings to large enterprises like ours.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.

Possible start date: immediately
We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary (starting level) of €3.843,00 on a full time basis (38.5 hrs/week). The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service, qualification, professional experience and the collective agreement.
