Execution Enablement Lead (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

You’ll play a key role in shaping how we deliver value at SSI by tackling complex challenges within the Platform & Infrastructure department. This is a highly hands-on role (no coding), working in close alignment with the department head and collaborating with architects and teams to drive our most critical initiatives from idea to execution.

• Lead high-impact initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with architects and teams to define what needs to be done and how to deliver it efficiently.
• Define and evolve execution frameworks and best practices.
• Set and manage priorities across teams to ensure focus and alignment.
• Identify and remove execution blockers to maintain delivery momentum.
• Promote a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
• Track progress and report key execution metrics to leadership.
• Support change initiatives and foster communities of practice.

Profile

• Proven track record of leading initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
• Passion for agile methodologies & values (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Thrives on change and new challenges.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands-on, adaptable, and passionate about enabling others.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 10%).
