IT Logistics Consultant (f/m/d) - Software Realization

Responsibilities

As part of an experienced and highly committed project team, you will play a key role in implementing and commissioning our warehouse logistics software WAMAS® for international customers across a wide range of industries. You will accompany IT projects from initial analysis to go‑live and ensure the successful optimization of intralogistics processes.

• Analyze, define, and optimize customers’ intralogistics processes.
• Support and manage projects throughout the entire IT project lifecycle.
• Configure and model processes within our intralogistics software solutions.
• Create IT specifications, user documentation, and training materials.
• Test the software both in-house and during on-site implementations.
• Support the commissioning of IT solutions and accompany the go-live directly at the customer’s site.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for various target groups — both remotely and on-site.

Profile

• You hold an advanced technical or business qualification—such as in logistics, industrial engineering, computer science, or business administration—and have several years of experience in a consulting or project-driven environment.
• You bring strong expertise in (intra-)logistics as well as in project and process management, and you are confident working within complex international project structures.
• Your strong affinity for IT, combined with solid technical skills, enables you to advise customers effectively and quickly understand technical requirements.
• You communicate confidently in both German and English and impress with your professional, customer-oriented demeanor.
• With a solution-oriented mindset, structured approach, and ability to keep the big picture in view, you help drive projects toward successful completion.
• You are a reliable team player with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility, and you take charge of your tasks without hesitation.
• You bring strong intercultural competence and are comfortable traveling internationally (approximately 40% of your working time).
