Responsibilities
You are deeply involved in the requirements engineering, architecture and development of our state-of-the-art software platform. This platform is the technical basis for our industry-proven WAMAS product family. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our internal developer platform meets both technical and business requirements, while also contributing to the overall success of our development process.
- Product Backlog Management: You define and prioritize the product backlog for our development teams in collaboration with the Lead Product Owner (System Architect).
- Technical requirements: You define technical requirements to ensure that our development takes the right direction.
- Architectural solutions: You will develop architectural solutions that fulfill business goals and technical requirements.
- Team Collaboration: You will work with our development teams to ensure alignment and deep technical understanding.
- Agile ceremonies: You actively participate in agile ceremonies.
- Stakeholer communication: You communicate effectively with stakeholders, including developers, testers and management.
- Analysis: You will perform analysis to support decision-making, problem solving and continuous improvement.
Profile
- University degree in computer science or a comparable qualification.
- Track-proven experience in software development and software architecture.
- Ideally experience in requirements engineering and/or as a product owner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills characterize you.
- You have excellent communication and cooperation skills.
- Passion for technology and innovation.
- Certifications in software architecture (iSAQB CPSA) and requirements engineering (IREB CPRE) are highly appreciated.
- You are fluent in German and English.
- Java and TypeScript skills are very welcome.

Möglicher Eintrittstermin: ab sofort
Wir bieten für diese Position ein monatliches Mindest-Bruttoeinstiegsgehalt von €4.215,00 auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden). Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird aufgrund von Vordienstzeiten, Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und dem Kollektivvertrag berechnet.
