- You deliver engaging training sessions for our software development teams across all WAMAS® software products.
- You create modern training content in all shapes and sizes – from quick guides and slides to e-learnings, video tutorials, podcasts, or all ideas you may come up with.
- You will guide the entire training journey – from sharing knowledge to handing our certificates.
- You keep pushing learning forward – creating smart training concepts that turn WAMAS® know-how into real expertise.
- You customize training programs to meet the specific needs of different target groups within the organization.
Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Solid software development experience (Java or Angu-lar/TypeScript) is required, including hands-on pro-gramming and working with, or mentoring technical teams.
- Strong skills in designing and delivering technical train-ing are a plus – ideally in a corporate or IT environment.
- Familiar in creating digital learning content (also a plus).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Eng-lish and German.
- A proactive mindset, creativity, and a passion for contin-uous learning and knowledge sharing.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, in-cluding programs like Train-the-Trainer or relevant certi-fications.
- You’re curious and excited to reach goals together – with a supportive team of experts, lots of passion, and a good dose of fun along the way.

Possible start date: immediately
We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary (starting level) of €3,843.00 on a full time basis (38.5 hrs/week). The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service, qualification, professional experience and the collective agreement.
