- Responsibility for the PLM system: You will take overall responsibility for the operation and strategic development of our PLM system (Siemens Teamcenter). You will be the central point of contact for all internal company matters related to our PLM system, offering expert PLM/PDM consulting for various departments and stakeholders.
- Leadership and Team Coordination: You will lead the interdisciplinary PLM team, which consists of developers, Teamcenter administrators, key users, and DevOps engineers. You will promote smooth collaboration and ensure the efficient use of resources, clear goal-setting, and close coordination within the team.
- Agile Product Development: In the role of Product Owner within the agile development process, you will take responsibility for the continuous development of our PLM system. You will prioritize requirements, define milestones, and ensure that solutions are delivered on time and to a high quality.
- Strategic Development: Together with internal and external partners, you will develop a forward-looking PLM strategy that is optimally tailored to the requirements of our global business areas. You will also consider trends such as Digital Twin and Industry 4.0.
- Consulting and Interface Management: You will be a competent point of contact for departments, key users, and management. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure close collaboration with IT and Engineering.
Profile
- A completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience working with PLM systems, ideally Siemens Teamcenter, as well as a deep understanding of the challenges and requirements of a corporate environment.
- Solid knowledge of PLM/PDM processes, CAD integration, and related technologies.
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and managing projects in an international context.
- Experience with agile methods, ideally as a Product Owner, and a strong understanding of iterative and incremental development approaches.
- Strong analytical skills, combined with strategic thinking and a high problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to convey complex topics to the appropriate audience.
- Very good command of both German and English, both spoken and written.

Möglicher Eintrittstermin: ab sofort
Wir bieten für diese Position ein monatliches Mindest-Bruttoeinstiegsgehalt von €4.000,00 auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden). Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird aufgrund von Vordienstzeiten, Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und dem Kollektivvertrag berechnet.
