Responsibilities
- Oversee maintenance activities and support the network to perform efficiently, safely, and according to company standards
- Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance processes, safety protocols, and compliancy
- Support, train and guide maintenance staff
- Development and analysis of KPIs to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of processes
- Preparation of regular reports and presentations for management to support strategic decisions
- Support Global Head of RM to drive standardization across RM globally
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Maintenance Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Maintenance Excellence Management, or a related field
- Target driven – Works to timelines
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Language skills (especially German, English)
- Ability to work with different teams worldwide
- Maintenance knowledge and experience

We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary (starting level) of €3.800,00 on a full time basis (38.5 hrs/week). The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service, qualification, professional experience and the collective agreement.
