Responsibilities
In this role, you will act as a key technical interface between third-party suppliers, internal departments, and the customer.
You will oversee the integration of complex systems within customer projects, ensuring technical alignment, timely execution, and a successful handover.
In parallel, you will contribute to the development and innovation of customer-specific machinery as part of an interdisciplinary R&D team.
This position requires a strong technical background, project coordination capabilities, and excellent communication skills to manage cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
System Integration Management
• Coordinate and technically clarify third-party deliverables within customer projects
• Act as a main technical contact for the customer throughout the project lifecycle
• Drive and document technical discussions, ensuring alignment between customer expectations and technical execution
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (mechanical, electrical, controls, software, commissioning) and external partners
Development Project Involvement
• Participate in the development and optimization of customer-specific machines and systems
• Screen and evaluate customer specifications for technical feasibility and development input
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary development teams and contribute to project planning and execution
• Ensure communication flows smoothly between technical teams and customer representatives during development phases
Profile
- Degree in Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- Experience in system integration, technical project management, or similar roles—ideally in logistics automation or e-commerce projects
- Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and control systems
- Excellent communication and coordination skills in German and English
- Ability to work proactively, independently, and with a structured, solution-oriented mindset

Wir bieten für diese Position ein monatliches Mindest-Bruttoeinstiegsgehalt von €3.400,00 auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5 Wochenstunden). Das tatsächliche Gehalt wird aufgrund von Vordienstzeiten, Qualifikation, Berufserfahrung und dem Kollektivvertrag berechnet.
